Sprinkles 1 - Spring Break 2015

This is Sprinkles. He prefers the skies and high altitudes. His friends and associates find him very enjoyable; he is more often a serious person.
Apart from being able to fly, he can cause or move storms with use of his wings and his staff. The staff can alter atmospheric temperature and pressure, which can cause massive whirlwinds, cyclones, and eventually hurricanes

He is basically a larger version of my previous MOC Fly.
